- All calls made through your RoamingTec Global SIM card are international calls. Therefore, you must use the full international dialing sequence: • Dial: + or 00 (country code) (area code) (phone number)• Ignore messages you may receive on your mobile phone & press yes when asked. • You will then receive an incoming call. • Answer the call and wait for the other party to receive the call.
Making Calls Using TEC Service
- RoamingTec Global SIM card can SAVE much more money in every minute! by using TEC Service available in your RoamingTec Global SIM card with worldwide Unlimited FREE Incoming Calls :
- - Choose any local number you would like to divert and receive the calls on Landline or mobile with unlimited FREE incoming calls.
- - Send a short code from your handset using RoamingTec Global SIM card : Example: If the number you wish to divert to is 00151965432166 then type *113*00151965432166# and press dial green button. In a few seconds you will receive a message confirming your request.
- - To make a call dial from your RoamingTec SIM card (Handset) as usual to destination you wish to call to, within 3 seconds you will receive the call on your diverted number 00151965432166, answer the call & system will connect automatically to destination no.
RECEIVING CALLS
- When the phone rings, just answer as usual.
Do I RECEIVE TEXT MESSAGES FREE?
- Yes. In all countries.
SYSTEM SHORT CODES
- *101# : Show home country no. assigned to SIM
- *102# : Show UK mobile no. assigned to SIM
- *103# : Show other no. assigned to SIM , if any
- *108# : Check current balance
- *109# : Check balance expiry date
- *110# : Suggested network in current location
- *111*PIN Code#: then dial to Recharge your balance (Top up credit).
- *113*0# : Disable TEC as default call method
- *113*0*phone number# : Disable TEC as Default calling Method + setup triggered phone no.
- *113*1# : Enable TEC as default call method.
- *113*1*phone number# : Enable TEC as Default calling Method + setup triggered phone #
- *113# : Current TEC status
- *113*2*phone number# : Set the Triggered callback no. - no change on TEC enabled / disabled
- *113*phone number# : make a Triggered callback call regardless whether it is a default calling methods or not.

ONLINE ACCOUNT
You can visit www.roamingtec.com online at anytime and activate your online account there, to manage your RoamingTec card and its services. The PIN code printed on the back of your SIM card is your temporary password. Use your phone number and PIN to sign your online account. We strongly recommend that you change password once you have logged in to something you can remember easily.
Please Note: While travelling to Italy you need to change system profile on your SIM to do so please restart your phone and pick “Italy” from “Selected Location” screen.
If “Selected Location” screen did not pop up at start you can invoke it by dialing #988 and press the “Call” button. When going out of Italy please select “Rest of World” profile by repeating above procedure.
